Astrophysics At UCR

Here at the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics we have an active, growing research group, comprised of faculty, researchers, post-docs, graduate and undergraduate students. Our activites range from the physics of the solar corona, through interplanetary space, to the interstellar medium, supernovae, neutron stars, and more. We explore Astrophysics with the help of supercomputers, data from spacecraft, and ground and space-based telescopes.
